Sotomar by the Sea

Four contemporary villas by Huete Arquitectos in Cortijo Blanco, 140 metres from the beach and minutes from Puerto Banús and San Pedro's centre. Each villa offers 808–821 m² built on plots of 752–889 m², with 4–5 bedrooms, double-height living spaces, floor-to-ceiling glazing, private pool and garden, lift, underfloor heating throughout and interiors by AALTO Exclusive Design. Construction has started; one villa is already sold.

Beachside San Pedro almost never offers new villas of this size. Four homes, walking distance to the sea, in a neighbourhood where new build is rare.
