What data is collected

When you use the contact or enquiry forms, WhatsApp or e-mail, I collect the details you provide: name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your message. The site also collects anonymous usage data through analytics cookies (see the cookie policy).

Why and on what basis

Your details are used only to answer your enquiry and, where you ask me to, to keep you informed about properties and developments that match your search. The legal basis is your consent and, once we start working together, the performance of our agreement. I do not sell data and I do not use it for automated profiling.

Who receives it

Form submissions are processed by Formspree (USA, under standard contractual clauses). Messages sent by WhatsApp are processed by Meta under its own terms. Analytics data is processed by Microsoft Clarity. No other third parties receive your data unless required by law or necessary to complete a transaction you have asked me to handle (for example, your lawyer).

How long it is kept

Enquiry data is kept while your search is active and for up to two years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law (tax and anti-money-laundering obligations for completed transactions).

Your rights

You may access, rectify, delete or port your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@thecuratedhomes.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
