My name is Laura Moscardó, and I am the founder of The Curated Homes.
The Curated Homes was founded on a simple belief: good property advice should come before any transaction.
After more than a decade in the Costa del Sol property market, I have learned that the value of good advice is not in how many properties you can show someone, but in knowing which ones are worth their attention.
I don't believe in showing clients everything. I believe in showing them what is right for them.
My role is to bring experience, judgement and an independent perspective to the process, helping you understand the opportunity, its true value and whether it is the right decision for you.
You work directly with me from the first conversation to completion and beyond. I take the time to understand what you are looking for, filter the options and give you an honest view, even when the right decision is not to buy.
